my birthday present is on the way! (TC BQ250)

i have my hartke LH500 head, but it's over 20 pounds - not a 90 pound tube amp, but still. it's pretty large, and besides, variety, spice of life and all that. i got pretty curious about the TC BQ250 with its 4 band eq, apparently unimpressive compressor (lol) plus the BQ250 weighs 5 pounds, less than a quarter of the hartke. i know it's not really 250 watts - it's TC watts, and no FX loop, but that's okay with me. so my husband ordered one for me for my birthday, which is the 23rd.

it was out of stock, but our sweetwater rep (ben stokes - cool guy, has the warehouse weigh basses for me) checked and said it should be in during the second week of june. i hadn't thought of the second week of june as being today, but i guess it sort of is if you consider saturday is the first day of june. anyway, the head is on the way. due to recent issues, it didn't occur to me that something out of stock could arrive on time or even early

can't wait to put it on top of my ampeg SVT-210AV, which my LH500 doesn't fit on at all, and play with it... but i'll have to wait till the 23rd
