    Check out my buddy Matt Stillwell's single on CMT.com. He's an old high school friend who, 15 years later, has never lost the dream. It's finally paying off! His single "Shine" hit the Billboard Hot Country Songs at #59, and he's gotten airplay on CMT.
    Man, it's great to see someone you know and respect make it!

    The intro to this video makes it worth watching, even if you don't like country/southern rock!

    I had no idea! I just sent him a facebook message saying "How dare you not call me first!!"

    Honestly, he and I both know my 1 year experience just wouldn't cut it. Plus, he's playing EVERY night on the road, and I have young kids, so I couldn't tour anyway. Pretty cool thought though!
