I currently am using a bass that i know nothing about. it's old, and it's made by a company that's either Orphdos or Orphdus. If anyone knows anything about this company (what they're doing, if they're still in business), or has a link for information, please reply.

I posted this almost a month ago and got no reply. I'd just like to try again.

You need to upload the picture to somewhere on the internet! :) The URL is to your desktop, i.e. your own hard drive.

  10. photopoint puts their URL on every picture you display

    I use http://www.freeyellow.com

20mb free space with no crummy ad screwing up your pic

Just any webspace won't work, some don't allow external linking. Angelfire, Xoom and Fortunecities are some I know for sure don't play nice like that.

You don't need to upload it yourself!!

Just right-click on the pic on the website and bookmark the url, call up that bookmark and paste that url between [.img] and [./img]

This example is from Talkbass' Dann Glenn interview

If Stangg had a website for his bass, surely this topic wouldn't be necessary, am I right?

I've seen various 60's Italian and Japanese models that are similar, but not exactly the same.

My guess is that it was made in one of the big Italian or Japanese factories in the late 60's.
