My mystery Bass?

I posted a few months ago about not knowing exactly what model of Ibanez bass I had. I came basically to the conclusion that it was an sr 800 with the information I was given.
However today I found an old package that contained the instruction manual and written in marker on the package was SR 885. I did a search and found very little information, could someone let me know any info about this bass. I dont know how old it is, how much it is worth etc... I like how it plays but as in most Soundgears the pick-ups really suck.

I am considering upgrading some parts but I don;t know if it is worth my while.
