Check it out!!!
Gorgeous. More pics please! How about a close up of that top?
Love it, love it, love it! Don't see too many spalt Roscoes, but that one is a good'un! Congrats.
MMMMMmm.. Luscious... can I have it?
did gard do that?
Too nice ! Great choice.
What happened to Alex Webster's Mod ?
Sorry I missed you at the get together.
Ill take some photos of it later.
Played some Mod's, MTD's, Zons, etc etc
But nothing i repeat NOTHING had the sound that the Roscoe had. Awesome B string.
Yes, Gard is responsible but im very happy with the result and the price was good.
shweet!! that bass is awesome, never seen one like it.
That is a SWEET bass. I like the Spalt. I can't wait to see a close up of it
Congrats, Pick. I'm sorry I had to miss the GTG, but I did tell you you'd love a Roscoe! That one's beautiful. What's the fingerboard? That looks like the 3-band pre, too. Am I correct on that?
Pick do you realise you will practically be the only person in Australia with a Roscoe. Please bring that baby to the Sydney GTG............
Ok here's the specs:
Swamp Ash Body
Spalt Maple Top
Maple Neck w/ Purple Heart
Bolivian Rosewood Fingerboard
Bartolini 3 Band Pre.
Body close up
Ive never played on a bass with the whole slanted-pickup dealy. How does that affect ur playing if you are the type that rests ur thumb on one?
now im 110% sure that is the ONLY one of them in australia. You and your band should enter into the local battle of the bands and see what all the little bass players say about it..
'Pftt, its nothing compared to my samick'
Awsome bass man, i think ill come to sydney just to play that.
Awesome bass, man! I have to check out those Roscoes some day.
Here, helping you out:
Didn't I say a looong time ago you'd get the Roscoe?
Congrats man...I remember you sending me pictures from bass central of Roscoe's and such
Glad you found your match!
I played a Dingwall Afterburner and i must say i was impressed. Sadly it was a six string and that is one more string than i could justify. It did have a very, very good B string. Not quite as much punch as the Roscoe but it was the cleanest B i have ever heard.
