My New Bass

Well it's kinda my first REAL bass, you probably don't remember but my previous one was like 30yrs old. The new one is an Ibanez Soundgear GSR 200. It cost £195 sterling. I quite like it. But more to the point- the shop I bought it from was real cool. I tried a fretless (yes! a fretless!)- how cool are they?! I thought they would be difficult but they aren't - real smooth- 'll have to get one eventually (you can get a real good vibrato effect like violinists use). Tried a six string. 'twas good. Also decided that I must have a Peavey Fury- £320, nice through-body stringing, active electronics (I think). Unfortunately, it was out of my price range, but they look so good I want one. Hope I haven't bored you too much, but if I am doing, then you should have stopped reading by now.
