    Carvin B4
Mahogany body with matte satin finish
    Maple neck
    Ebony fretboard
    2 J99 passive jazz pickups
    Black chrome hardware
Name on the trussrod cover plate

I have never played a bass that plays or sounds as good as my new baby. :)

I paid for all my gear myself. Well, me and MasterCard.
Sweet! I think the Carvin B series basses are underrated. Their neck-thrus get all the attention, but the bolt-ons are built every bit as well.

Yay for Carvin! I'm waiting for the guys at the GC near me to lower the price on the carvin they've got hangin on the wall. (they want $850 for a beat up late 90's LB75, w/no case)

I've ordered one of the Carvin bass kits, which use the same components as the B4/B5 basses. Fretless, alder body. Can't wait to get 'er in so I can start putting it together. :)
  11. Very nice bass Snarf!!!
A good friend of mine just put together one of their guitar kits, it's amazing!!! I so want to do a fretless!!! Please post pix and comments when you get it Kurt.

She's a beaut! I'm thinking about getting a white fretless B4 to take to college with me. How about some sound clips?

Sound clips may take a while, I'm going to be really busy on the weekend. Maybe next week though.
