I just got both of these babies yesterday. Hopefully, they will indeed be the cure for all my GAS. I will take better pics when I'm not as lazy. I'm adding blackpickguards to both later this week. And yes, those are DR Black Beauties.

MIA P-bass (non S-1, thank God)

Makes me want to try DR Black beuties now, I've got a white bass too, that would probably look real sharp. Digging that stingray.

Whats the big problem with S-1 switch, anyway? I mean, i know what it is, but i havent used one, and i would think that if one just didnt use it, it wouldnt be a big problem, would it? And while i cant imagine it's usefullness on P-bass, i would think it would be kinda handy on a Jazz.
  10. I love that Stingray's finish. But I assure, GAS is incurable.

That Stingray has a such a great finish... Are there other Stingrays in that finish or was it some sort of custom job? I don't think I've ever seen it before.

Its a discontinued finish. EBMM stopped making them because no one wanted them....until they stopped making them.

Nice little collection but you need a Jazz bass in there, too.
