Hello all - I read and enjoy this forum on a very regular bas(s)is and I've finally got something that is worth all of your time to post. I've only been playing bass seriously for about 3 years or so and have started gigging with a couple praise/worship groups in the past year. I practice very regularly and often play along with songs that have interesting, challenging, fun, or great sounding bass lines. From christian to hip hop. Usually I use gospel or R&B or jazz ... Feeling somewhat in a bass playing "rut" lately, I scoured iTunes for something new. After a long time, I came across Warren G. You all know "Regulators". I've been listening to a bunch of his stuff and the changes are great. A few of my favorites: Regulators, I Want It All, The Shack, Super Soul Sis, This DJ, What's Next. Whether or not you listen to or respect hip hop/rap - whatever - give these a listen. They are classic and great to listen/play to. I think Andrew Gouche is the bassist, but it's hard to know due to the lack of info online. Anyone know? Please tell me your thoughts on this.
    Best,
    Lars
