    .....a Modulus Quantum 5.
    I tryed it a couple of weeks ago;I'm going to pick it up douring the next week.
    It's a great deal:2000 Euro,since is a Demo bass;but it's absolutely MINT!A new one would be 3600.

    It has an ideal combination for fretless:alder body+bartolinis=warm and fat sound;
    graphite neck=never ending soustain and clarity.
    I think this is why I liked this Modulus so much, over the other ones I tryed.
    The top is a gorgeous quilted maple with a natural high gloss on it.

    Pics soon

    Now the problem is to get used to fretless again, since I sold my Laurus fretless more than 6 months ago,and I 've lost the (few) ability I had on it.I realized I've got worst on the fretless basses I tryed at the Frankfurt musik messe last week.

    Sweet bass. Sounds like you got a good deal on it, too. Please post plenty of pics when you get the bass. Congrats.

    Yeah...very,very sweet mwahhhhh!!!
    I'm totally in love with this bass!!!!May be the best fretless I've ever played.

    Go figure that I don't like fretted modulus!
    It's not the first time I like a fretless which I don't like fretted, and viceversa.Did it happen to you too, guys?

    Yes,my fretless chops and tone are coming back, thank you!

    But I'm still not a fretless-minded and tasted player.
    May be I won't ever.I'm too much funky!:p :D :D

  16. Very nice. I have been getting some GAS for a Modulus lately, just something about the graphite neck, but they are a bit pricey for me. Sounds like you found yourself a keeper! Love that quilt top.

    I think it will my definitive fretless.
    I'm absolutely happy with my gear:I think it will take a very long, long time before I'll buy something else.
