My new JP bass

    Hi there.

    Just to say, I've just send my agree to this new JP.

    Top :

    Features
    Body: Gonçalo Alves top on alder body

    Neck: One piece wenge

    Fingerboard: bird's eye maple

    Pickups: JP

    Controls: E-Pro BTB-01

    Bridge: ABM

    Tuners: Hipshot ultralite


    Now, I hesitate between Two sort of knob :

    Bird's eyes or Concalo.......

    So U can just say what is u're favorite :p

    get some dark knobs to contrast with the light top

    Yeah, I agree about getting the dark knobs. Bass should be a beauty! :)

    Are you using chrome or black hardware? Go for the chrome hardware and get some of the chrome dome knobs like my Nordie;)

    JP Single cut...love it!:eek:
     
  5. Looks like your singlecut will be done around the same time as mine. Good stuff, that's a great piece for the top.

    This hollowSC is gonna be gorgeous!!!!!!

    Koa top and back are awesome...congrats!!!

    Hman, I will get chrome hardware. First I was thinkin about sliver knobs...maybe U can post one pix of your beautiful knobs.

    Geoff, exactely, these two basses are in production in the same time...but I will see your fisrt, I live not far from JP, and I love to see all the models he make.

    Xush, sorry, I have not met JP in TB, but in a french forum ;)

    Looks like JP basses is a drug.....and very powerful...you taste it one time, and you become addicted...

    Sorry for all JP players.....personnaly is the second for me....for jojobass, his seven strings headless will be his second two....fred has 3 JP basses.......oups.....I'm lost....

    The SC6 fretless hollow body will be fabulous !!!!
