    I don't like the color :(

The body contours on that s.o.b. are beautiful though. Great lines.

Bud knows how to work some wood, or so it seems.

    Keep it warm.
  4. Love the finish!

Have fun with that one :)

I got it when Bud first started building ans I was looking for a Thunderbird style bass. It originally had a Moses graphite neck on it but, the neck was defective so Bud went back and built me a wenge/wenge neck for it. Much improved over the Moses neck.

Very nice, I bet they look excellent together. I like the one knob too, very simple.

'Tis a nice bass. I hope it serves you well. The orange T-bird was what inspired the "Tangelo" flake STSS. Funny how you ended up with it.

those look like they cost a nice amount. that's some high quality work. are his prices reasonable?

cos i may be interested in having one made. they look so sweet, and i'm trying to decide which maker to use. i already said no to fbb and valenti and others, but stambaugh and lecompte are now high on the list.

  14. That's quite a nice looking bass. I think the color is incredibly cool. The look is a bit wild for me, but it sure works.

Some reason I like to be different so the color is just fine with me.

Even further the shape of the body with that diamond plate pickguard makes the color more fitting to the build.

Very nice piece of musical art............:bassist:
