She has a swamp ash body, Amboyna burl top, spalted maple between, and a wenge fretboard, and wenge/maple/wenge neck with cherry stringers.

Demeter preamp, and Nordstrand pickups. :bassist: :D

This is actually my third Roscoe, and again Keith and Gard exceed all expectations.

It was a long 9 months, but well worth it. She sounds great too, Now off to play with her some more.:D :D :p

  8. Amboyna Burl is beautiful, it's one of my favorites for knives. Incredible bass, congrats!!

  9. Roger at THG knobs is making some amboynay heartwood/sapwood knobs to replace the black ones with, I can't wait. His work is spectacular.

    Awesome looking bass!
+1 on the THG knobs too! Rogers work is top notch. I recently had him make some for my Roscoe.
As great as your bass looks now, the knobs will take it up another notch!

And how about that headstock!! That has to be about the best looking instrument I've ever seen. I can't imagine how it must look in person. So come clean, how many times have you just walked into the room to just look at it?? :D
