My new Stingray

  1. Not the greates picture but gots to make due...The finish is "Cherry Burst", 2 band EQ and maple neck and headstock.

    Thats a nice lookin' bass Bass Boy. Better pictures would be welcomed. Hows it sound and play?

    Congrats man. I play a Cherry burst Ray5 that is similar to yours except-i have a black pickguard and a 3 band EQ.

    Nice except for the white pu cover. Never did like the white ones. Saw a 5 in a shop the other day; black, maple neck-sooo nice! Proves that simple is often better.

    I love the stingray's

    i wish i could get you guys a photo of mine...4 string, blood burst, matching headstock, black pick guard, 2 EQ, maple fret board...sounds and plays like a dream.

    ...i might get a pic up in the next few days.

    BTW...everyone's stingray on here is pretty.

    sorry...its probably not called that...i actually dont know what its called, i cant find an example on the musicman site, but its probably one they havent got up yet...the guy i bought it from called it blood burst and i have called it that ever since...ill go see if i can find a digital camera...

    I like their 'Egyptian Smoke' with a python pickguard. Sweeet.

    Just looks like their 'vintage sunburst' to me, only slightly darker. 'Black cherry 'burst?"

    not VS...VS goes into yellow, this stays red.

    i think black cherry, i cant seem to get one up on the build an instrument though.
