I can't wait! As soon as it's finished (2 weeks?) I'll post pics

Body Oiled Alder (actually...nice grain to it)
    Neck Maple/Maple
    Bridge Schaller Roller 5
    Tuners Gotoh
Electronics Totally passive (use a pedal active eq)
Just a volume knob and tone knob.
Pick up One EMG HZ in the MM spot. This
particular pickup came from an ESP-
C305. Looks like a MM pick up. Has
exposed pole pieces. I'm sure it won't
sound like an MM but what the hell...

This is my first Warmoth so I'm totally stoked...especially after reading how most bassists are very happy with their warmoths. When it's completed I'll post some pics.

    Thanks man. I can't wait!

  4. If you want it to sound like a MM get the pickup wired in series.

I did! Yeah...I took it to my luthier. He's oiling the body and installing the elects. I went ahead and took the liberty of wiring the pickup in series hoping that I'll be able to get a tone reasonably close to a MM.
