Pretty cool Domino. Maybe we ought to start a new thread - my bass in action type of thing. Limit it to real gig type shots. Thoughts anyone?

the burgundy red on flame maple is dead gorgeous!
when I ordered my Warwick I was thinking about the burgundy or french violet finish but decided to stick with the less flashy natural finish (I looove wood), maybe next Warwick ;D

Nice bass. I'm not to fond of the long horn. Does that make it uncomfortable to play?

Here is a pic of me w/my new <a href="http://community-2.webtv.net/rinav/NinoBass/index.html">wanna-be Sadowsky.</a> Its the 2nd pic down &i t's from my camcorder, so the quality isn't the best. The pic was from our last show @ CBGB's in MYC, Mon 2/13/1.

  8. sexy bass! ive been meanin to play around on those things, havent found one to jam with though. man, not having a job and having GAS does NOT help!

  9. I like the long upper horn. How's the balance? Is there any neck dive?

Hey thanks for all the nice comments everyone!!

To answer your questions, the bass is balanced perfectly. I like the long horn a lot actually. My only problem is trying to adjust to the 'silkness' of the back of the neck on this thing. I know that is desireable, but I mean it is SILKY smooth, and compared to my Yamaha, I am finding it a bit harder to play because my thumb won't mount that well on the neck without slipping all around. I hope it's something I'll get used to.

Here's some more rock star pics.

  11. Whoa! "Silky" neck? The smoother, the better, for me! I am ALL over the Corvette 6, then.

Im selling it because I dont really like it. The string spacing is too tight, i dont like the electronics, and its too heavy. It looks amazing, but plays like crap.

    I could see that...

I tired a Corvette and Streamer 5...the string spacing did seem a little too tight.

For a 4 string though, I think it's damn near perfect.

Welcome to the warwick man they are the best! For those of you that said somthing about string spacing check out the thumb bass with wide string width! Its like a 5 string with a 6 string neck! Great for slap! Here is my old corvette pro-line! Mine is custome has swamp ash body and most of all it has the adjust a nut at the head!

  20. Nice Bass Domino, I liked the Fretless Corvette I played a few weeks ago, not like yours but close, a little older and I guess it lost its silkyness over time. BTW what kind of ampeg combo amp is that? And do you have the cab running off of it?
