My Peavey TL-6's are now complete

    I think I have maybe 2100.00 Total invested in both basses.
    Thor epoxy on the blue one. EMG's added
    On the orange one, Bill Lawrence pickups added, w/ Audere 4 band, and of course the J Retro knobs.
    Im very happy with my investment. I think I did good.
    Both basses are neck thru, w/graphite rods.
    The orange one, is the 1989 model, and the blue one is the 1991 model.

    looks like nice wide spacing I like em especially the fretless.. :)

    That fretless is one bad mama jama. I decided to keep the original preamp with that one. Its really good.
    I just got the EMGs in there tonight. Man......That bass smokes.

    The orange one , is the best sounding fretted bass Ive ever owned. Incredable tone. That Audere teams up perfectly with the Bill Lawrence pickups.

    A little OT, but didn't Gerald Veasley play one these at some point?

    Edit: I remember Dann Glenn playing a double-P 6-string. Was it also a Peavey?
