My Progressive Metal band's new song

    The band I'm playing with are just now recording our first demo with this drummer and a new mixer, any comments would be appreciated on our first efforts. The songs are "Trip Gone Bad" and "Medieval Song", both of which are at:

    Please keep in mind we are currently searching for a singer, so our lead guitarist sings to get the point across on the demo.

    I took a listen to "Medieval Song" and here is what I have to say:
    For some parts I found very low coordination or harmonization between the bass and the guitar. They seemed to be "competing" and playing different things.
    But I enjoyed listening to the rest of the song and some riffs are really good. Vocals could be improved a slight bit I think. Overall good song though.
