-Warmoth late 60's early 70's style neck with black block's & black binding & a vintage tint finish
-Black hipshot bridge, tuners & D-Tuner
    -DiMarzio Ultra Jazz pickups
-Sadowsky onboard preamp Volume/Blend/Treble/Bass with no on/off switch.

That looks awesome, Nino. How does it sound? Are you using it with a Sadowsky Outboard? Will this one be for sale? If so, let me know....

It sounds really nice. It wasen't fully set up because I was running late for rehearsal as I was completing it. When I get there, I had to tweek the pick up height & when I looked at it this morning, the action was slightly lower than I normally play but all in all, it was KILLER!!!!

Yeah, I played it thru the Sadowsky Pre-Amp/DI.

    This one isn't for sale.

  8. Nino, that bass is a looker, knowing you, your probably going to sell one though. I would keep the Warmoth and get rid of the geddy if anything. That warmoth just looks soooooo sweet.

I thought about selling the black Geddy but it's all me!!! I put Sadowsky HumCandelling p/u's in it, Put HipShot tuners & a D-Tuner on it, installed a Blend control & it's played. it has alot of nicks on the neck & body from being played.

  10. Nino, you make some beeeyooooootyphul basses! It looks awesome! Another cool creation of yours was that Steve Harris-ish P-bass. Keep on the great work!

Nice looking bass Nino, I love the finish. Here's a question I feel dumb asking though: How come it says Valenti basses on the headstock if you got it from Warmoth? Just curious.

Warmoth is a parts company. I bought the neck & body from them. Most of the other parts & got thru or from work. I assembled the bass myself so I put my name on it. :)

    Beautiful bass...

I'm reading V/B/T and passive and thinking, Whaaaa? Then it occurred to me V/B/T is Volume/Balance/Tone not Volume/Bass/Treble.

One question...if you got parts through or from work...where do you work?

sweet - now go update the knobs on the Geddy. The stock ones look kind of cheezy after the ones on your Valenti. Seriously - that is a very nice looking bass!

I don't think I've seen a red Jazz as killer as that one....it's just...the KILLEREST!
