Out of all the basses I own/tried, I think I am to the point now where I have decided that I want my stock to look like this..

    1: Roscoe SKB-6..which I have
2: Roscoe SKB-5 ..with Demeter preamp ..must get
3: Roscoe SKB-6 OR 5 Fretless with Demeter preamp..must get
    4: Ken Smith BSR6-GN...which I have

Out of all of my basses, the Smith and the Roscoe are the one's that I play the most. The Smith is great for me in the five string range, but I just perfer to have the Roscoe if I am am doing six strings, its just a bit more comfy for me, but I think the Smith has a better slap tone to me, and I like how great it sounds in both active and passive mode. My familey may soon be getting smaller...http://www.talkbass.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=1862&password=0&sort=1&cat=500&page=1

that pretty much means that some of my basses may end up for sale, but we will see :meh:
