Any bassist out here in TBer Land and help me locate at least one set of each at a reasonable price for a set of La Bella Super Steps, and Ken Smith Taper Core, as well as a set of Dean Markley SR2000. Dean Markley's for 6' string MTD other two set for my 5' string. Only DR's and D' Addario, and GHS, and Ernie Ball's in my city getting burned out on those. Need Help! :help:

I have not bought strings locally for about 10 years becaseu all I can find are DR and Ernie Ball, and NEVER flats. Basstringsonline is great.

    BassStringsOnline.com for sure.

I've used amazon before and it has also been good.
  9. bassstringsonline.com - best customer service ever

Just bought my first set of flats for a great price, with fast delivery. Loving these guys!

I've used them for my 8 string sets, +1. Will have to look into the other option offered here, but I try to buy local when I can and there are plenty of local companies here.

Another vote for Bass Strings Online. Great service and prices - it's the only place I shop for strings now.

Yet one more positive vote for bassstringsonline.com
  16. juststrings.com is another choice. They carry all the brands the OP listed. I never have to wait long to get my orders and I typically can pick up my strings the next day from a warehouse they have that is 15 minutes from my house so I don't pay shipping.

Oh, and if ordering from Bass Strings Online it's worth ordering in bulk.

I like bassstringsonline a lot, as well.

But if you have Amazon prime, ordering from them makes sense, as well. I still do it sometimes, even though BSO is so good.

I usually check them all for prices and the lowest price wins. Example: stringsandbeyond sell Pyramid Golds for several dollars less than both bassstringsonline and juststrings. On the other hand, I got a discount from bassstringsonline for just being a TBer. ; )
  20. Try ordering some bass strings from Carvin. I've always heard LaBella manufactures them. I think they're great. I order 'em in bulk.
