My warwick starbass is a real star!!

    Could just be lighting/angles, but the flame doesn't quite match up. But like I said, lighting/angles do everything. Did you refret it?
     
  4. Those light streaks by the f-holes look identical. Hard to imagine that being a coincidence of nature.

    That is a photo from the Warwick website, however it doesn't seem to be used currently. To me, it sure looks like the same wood - same bass! Enjoy it, its a beauty!

    no refret!
    The thing is that the owner before me bought the bass late 2008 and it has been in a case until now! And the pict on this thread is from the day when a bought it! The frets were oxidise and now its fix and glossy!

    complete agree with you!
    This bass serial is from late 2008 and the pict is from warwick homepage late 2008!
    This could be one of the first ever 5 string starbass II bass!! :hyper:
