    Factors that could make life interesting;

    1. My managers last day is Friday.
    2. I am the natural fit for the position, they are trying not to fill the position.(fair enough, cheaper that way)
    3. I billed out 1988 hours last year!

    Thanks For Listening,
    Wesley R.

    What do you want out of the deal? Is 1988 billed hours more than anyone else? What did you bill for?

    1988 X $105(avg rate)=$208,740.00 of income from fees.
    Departmental goal is 1,700 hours with most at around 1,600 hours a few as low as 1,200. One person higher hours (1995) but at a lower rate of $95/hr.

    The review went well, all sortsa new responsabilities, no increase in coinage.

    M,aybe if I spent less time at TB, bonuses would be bigger, but heck, there is more to life than $. Sometimes though, I need the $ to support the family and the occasinal GAS attack.

    Best Of Luck,
    Wesley R.

    Oh god, i finally understood what this thread is about. I've been looking at it and going "he is going to tell his life story of last year in 8 minutes? He must think we read very slow as it is only few lines, no way this is 8 minutes".

  9. so what is your job?

    Voice, Data, Video & Sound

    Cabling, phone systems, projectors, CCTV, Sound Systems (sometimes we get some fun stuff to play with). Occasionally I get to play with systems that I can't even dream of owning a portion of.

    Best of Luck,
    Wesley R.
