Mystery Bass

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by TimWilson, Oct 2, 2008.

  1. The back cover of the July 08 BP has a GK ad featuring Kevin "Brandino" Brandon. The bass he's holding is EXTREMELY cool-looking, but there's NO identifying marks anywhere on it. The bridge looks kinda Warwicky, but the body and headstock don't. Anybody know?

It's probably his Warwick Streamer 5.

  4. it says on the back of the mag.. but icant find my copy! i

  5. I think its just a bass that he or a friend of his made. There is no logo and it has seymour pups in it and a Warwick bridge. The body and headstock look like an amateur luthier's work. It's just a self made frankenstein bass. I brought up the same question on the Warwick forum and we couldn't figure it out either.

    I wonder if it's a Warwick one-off?

I looked at their customs, and that bass wasn't one of them.

  12. Well I think it's completely boobies. I love that body shape. I'm not a JJ pup kinda guy, but with a MM pup or two, that'd be on my lottery list.
