I bought a pickup off of ebay a while back and I need some help identifying it. It's set up like a Model One, but it's cream, is the size of a standard guitar humbucker and is mounted on a guitar-sized pickup ring.

no markings on it at all, 8 allen screw pole pieces arranged in the model one layout, and the back appears to be sealed with epoxy.

    any ideas?

That's either a Dimarzio Model G (DP121), or one of the clones. Schaller made one as well as some other Asian makers.

The DiMarzio wasn't sealed in epoxy, so it's probably a clone. The Model G was basically an X2N guitar pickups with 8 poles, and was later replaced with the X2NB.
