    So the hard-used black widow I was using finally melted down last Sunday. I managed to find a cheap cab on kijiji to replace it. I was a bit leery of an 18" behemoth of a speaker, but holy carp, this thing has ...character! Can't wait for the Thursday jam.

    An 18 inch driver may be a pain to move but they can sound amazing. My favorite cab is still a bag end s18bd I picked up on a whim. A bit on the dark side but the tone is just awesome
