I have had two back surgeries since May and I have decided to rethink my gigging amp. I was using a Fender Bassman 100T and two Bassman Neo cabs. Although the cabs were not terribly heavy they were still heavier than I am supposed to be lifting. So I sold the Fender rig and added two PJB cabs, a C4 and a Cab 27. I already had the Quilter but added the Elf to the stable for some variety and a better DI for gigs with FOH support.

The two PJB cabs offer way more bottom than I thought possible for such small cabs. The rig sounds great with both heads and the Elf is remarkably loud for a 200 watt amp. I am so very happy with my little rig and look forward to gigging it next weekend.

So just curious why you bought the C4 cabinet and not the BG400/Suitcase combo. I has a great DI, more power than the ELF and the BG400 combo costs less than an Elf + C4.

The red cab and green amp mean you're also ready for Christmas gigs.
