    Can't remember them all but...

Iwo Jima (originals, no idea why the name)
The Mac Collective (mainly an early Fleetwood Mac covers/Blues band)
Double Trouble (NOT Stevie Ray Vaughan's one!)
    Time Machine
    Sally Bites
Stockton's Wing (Briefly. I was one of their roadies when they went electric, and filled in on bass a couple of times.)

My current band's name is The Forrest Gang, because our first gig was in the woods.
From 1987 to 1991 I was a live sound engineer in a band called The Lost World.
All other bands I was in didn't get to the stage where the name was required.

Yeah. This is going to hurt.

    The Boys-hard rock covers

    Innocent Exile-Maiden Tribute

    Shotgun Orgy-Metal covers

    Tantrum NYC-covers and originals

(25 year break taken for “life” stuff)

Black Dog and Butterfly-Heart/Zeppelin and classic rock covers

    Top Dead Center-current band, covers
  12. Oscar Matzerath —-high school, named after a character in the Tin Drum

Blueballs —-a Bluegrass band with a bunch of sportsball players in it that mostly covered any genre but bluegrass. We always pretended we didn’t know the slang meaning.

Sunday School ——it was this kinda dark gospelly group. Like 16 Horsepower a bit. It was originally called It Shoots Through Schools but after Columbine, we decided it was in poor taste.

Blackgrass —-was a horror themed banjo rock band

American Sinner —- a mostly horror accordion rock band.

Foglings —— grungy with lots of scifi or supernatural themes.

Not my band, but one of the best band names I’ve heard, “Fishing with Fredo “
I’ve never actually seen them, they played a few local places. Of course if you’ve never watched The Godfather you wouldn’t get it.

  19. I’m chicken. There is not enough privacy on social media for me to post, but I will add an act I saw once upon a time back in the 70’s: Captain Foam. He was a one man acid rock guitar act. Actually he was a bit ahead of his time, did looping, echos, delays, and all sorts of different effects. I’ve often wondered what happened to him.
