Chris is about geared up for NAMM... here are a few I wish I could give a try...
You gotta post Brian's camphor bass and the burl walnut single cut. They're totally sick.
I'm still gassing most for a 51 model, but those are amazing!!
Sweet!! What's the point to the big p-up cover in bass 2?? Love the top on the third one!!!
I didn't realize how much stuff Chris and Brian were bringing to NAMM! Here's a link to pics of the entire stash for whomever is interested. The Camphor bass I mentioned is in here too. It's my fave fo shizzel.
I like the Super Bee guitar too!
Incredible stuff! Very nice work.
That last pic has a Ritter Okon vibe to it. I wonder if he asked for Jens' permission?
They all look awesome.
In return, I'd like to know if Jens asked Carl Thompson's permission.....
Whoa, how 'bout this puppy:
thats actually the top horn off Greg Edmondson from Breaking Points Sig model.
Well, he looks like he's gonna break something.
I love that first one. Is there a certain model name to that?
The first bass pictured is a Vortex.
Probably a combined pickup cover / ramp?
THought so. I definitely like that model. What do they run?
Sweet Jesus, be nice to that bass, man!
Call me crazy.....but these two are on the UGLY side of basses.
I like the way that Buckeye Vortex looks.
I guess that's not an issue anymore between professional luthiers. And what's with that horn? Who came up with the idea. Claypool? And why did Chris build one? Hmmm....too many qeustions.
