You mean a natural relic?
this has been done to death lately, if you do a search i'm sure you'll find a thread
Not mine but one of my favorites.
yeah i ment something that has reliced naturally over the years i saw the relic threads but i wnated to see stuff that has worn from playing wear not a sander
That's one of the dumbest/ugliest things I've ever seen.
THE BEST RELIC BASS!!!
Seriously diggin it.
I think my SX will be reliced ''go take an hammer ''
Not very natural but cool! A Rat Rod bass!
Not mine, but it looks like legit. relic.
This thread has been fail so far.

(UNRELATED CONTENT WARNING!!)
lol, exactly 4.20 posts a day. That's win.
OK. See that thumb mark above the bridge pickup? That's 100%, homegrown, natural wear on MY bass. Does that help?
Wow! Tough crowd tonight...here's mine. 1981 P-bass Special and a 1997 Lakland Classic 55.
if i had a camera and better lighting i would post a nice picture of my originally fully matt black bass, which now has a shiny neck and a shiney spot inbetween the pick ups where i rest my hand when playin pick or where my fingers tend to brush against
Nope, I don't use the floating thumb technique...
Nice , i just wanted to see some pics of something done by someones playing there sweat , the gigs its seen the crowds its played in front of . split beer, stale cigs.
Not an instrument someone took a chisel to and banged on there side walk i get tired of that.
True relics are where its at.
