  3. I really, really like that. After all, I had just started gigging back in the 80's, when the really L-O-U-D B.C. Rich-type paint jobs were all the big rage. I think it looks cool as hell. I don't know why more players won't use clear pickguards, so they can show the beautiful woods/paints (and craftsmanship) used on these instruments.
    Damn. The tone really has that Billy Sheehan-type of growl to it , too. Nice.

    I am all for some DiMarzio P bass pickups!! This is the second P sitting here with those in it...they are the tone for me
