Well, then it's superstitious!
Congrats on both counts. Do you have the previous 18 basses, or do you turn them over?
Excellent. Congrats on the bass and the year sobriety. Both are very cool.
Turn them over?!? What IS this witchcraftery of which you speak good sir? LOL, nope I have them and thanks.
Awesome, congrats on the 3rd count too!!!
LPB, tort and rosewood such a nice combo, Congrats!
Congrats on a beauty!
Congratulations on your gorgeous new bass! That is a thing of beauty. Congratulations as well on a great wife who is definitely in your corner, and especially on 19 years of sobriety.
Very nice - I love me some Lake Placid Blue!
I've got a 2015 ADE P with the Pure Vintage 63 PUs in it. In Lake Placid Blue!
I'd love to hear your list of basses. Which one(s) are your favorite?
Im at work, Ill give you a rundown when im at home. A bunch Fender P's and J's LOL.
Congrats! I bought the same bass 2 weeks ago! It’s a nice match for my 59 Custom Shop.
I hear you! This is it's sister.
Well done, my friend! That is a beauty. Also, congrats on the clean & sober, even more important accomplishment.
Congratulations on all counts. I recently gave up drinking alcohol too.
Thanks bud, and I do agree.
American Original 50’s? Love it!
Congrats, great colour combination. I seem to remeber reading they have a wider than usual nut width. (44mm?). How do you get on with that?
Also, congrats on giving up the juice. Compared to learning the melodic minor scale, I thought quiting alcohol was pretty easy.
I just picked up an American Original Jazzmaster with some cash from selling a bunch of gear. I dig the new Fender line, real quality stuff. The paint is beautiful!
I believe the P bass had a 1.73 or 1.75” nut from 57-68. They changed to the 1.625 (modern P nut) after that. Don’t quote me. I think this is correct.
That being said, I have 5 P basses. 3 being the vintage width and I much prefer them over the modern width.
