    Hey all--
    Sharin' the love. Got me a new (to me) GT7 this past weekend courtesy of TB member and all-around good guy bhendy. Here are some pics.

    Really enjoying getting back into the 7-string. This baby is so much lighter than my previous GT7. It has been converted to passive (still getting used to it) but it sounds super sweet. Put on some new strings and played it quite a bit trying to get the hands and wrists used to the wider board. Feels like home :D.

    Looking forward to an opportunity to bring it out at worship practice one day.

    That is great! I hope you enjoy it. Is the GT-7 a wine or natural finish?

    Really having a good time getting reacquainted with the 7.

    Actually it is transparent blue. Wood grain under is pretty awesome too. Never seen one like it before...part of the reason I snapped it up so quick.

    I had a really beautiful red one before with awesome flame maple top under the red.

    I love that color. That's definitely the first of that color I've seen on a Conklin GT. If I were you,I'd shoot Bill an email and find out the rarity on that color. Looks sooo much better than the natural or wine color options.
