The wait was so worth it! This bass is an absolute dream!
Dropped copper is the color.
That must have cost a pretty penny? Yuk yuk
Like a vat of molten metal...dropped.
The roasted maple neck is a dream. It's nothing like I've ever played before.
Ones of those basses that looks even better in real life.
The picture doesn't really capture how nice that color is. Great bass.
Gorgeous. I'm jealous.
How's the roasted maple in person? Online it looks like old/moldy wood haha
I feel like a vat of molten metal would be the LAST thing you want to drop.
It does kinda look like old/aged wood, but it is hand down the best neck I'm ever played.
EBMM necks are the bee's knees!
That is one sexy bass. I love that color.
One of my all-time fav EBMM finishes. Love that roasted maple neck, too. Just a sexy bass.
It's a relicing technique, kind of like Fender's "Road Worn" series. The instrument is held at arm's length above a hard linoleum surface, and then released.
nice! great looking ax you've got there, OP. i have to believe it's a monster with that pickup configuration. glad the neck works for you, too. congratulations on your new instrument!
Well, I'm tempted to say "Nice bass. Penny for your thoughts!"..........
But I'll just say "Nice Bass!"
It works quite well when dropped on the heads of those besieging your city, or the guy who keeps yelling "Freebird".
Reading the title , I thought , Musicman might now do their own take on 'Road worn'...
Not a bad color, I think.
