I turn 60 in November and happen across this Fender Precision 60th anniversary bass in mint shape. Couldn't say no. Plays and sounds great. Would say this is the last bass I'm IMG_1384a.jpg going to buy. But I've said that before.....

  9. Love it!
Advice: don't sell it! I have bought, sold, bought, sold then bought again a fender. Should have kept the 1st one and been done !

  12. I have that exact bass. I removed the pickguard and added a noiseless J-Bass. Now it's a great desert island instrument. Congratulations!

And you would be lying like most of us on this forum...;)

Beautiful bass but don't be afraid to experiment if you can.

    Good Luck!

  14. I’ve got one of these as well! Was contemplating selling it a few times, but God kept me from making a horrible mistake. Unique, rare bass with best features of modern(graphite rods, countered body, neck profile/radius and nut size) and vintage(styling, nitro lacquer, pickup) basses! Plays like a dream!
