    Swamp ash body, Jet black
5 piece maple neck w/ 2 purpleheart stripes
    Royal Ebony Fingerboard, unlined
    Passive electronics
    34" scale

So I've been wanting a better fretless for a while, my first being a lower end Brice that I purchased from Rondo music. I pulled the trigger April 2nd and received the bass almost exactly 3 months later. :D

Primarily, I've payed 35" scale basses for years and as long as I can remember, so the inch of difference did scare me at first, but it holds up super well on this bass imo. The tension feels good for being lighter gauge strings too. This is my first American made bass, also my first Kiesel. :)

I've been an Ibanez player for years and now I'm not sure i'll ever even pick up any of my other basses again. :roflmao: This thing plays and sounds ridiculous. The neck radius feels very comfortable, really smooth with the tung oil finish... It also came with luminlay dots on the side of the neck, which I had no idea came stock. Cool little bonus! Also, as expected, there is absolutely 0 neck dive.

One happy customer here and now a huge Kiesel fan!

You have yourself a looker there. Looks like it'll balance great on a strap. Congrats!

Absolutely it does! I never realized how much effort I was putting into holding the neck up when playing my other basses until I played this thing.:smug:
