View attachment 3449541 Just picked this up as scratch and dent from GC for $600- supposedly marked down from $899. Was in the market for a P so with the cool 70s jazz neck and noiseless jazz bridge pickup this seemed like a good deal. Love the color too.

Can't find much about it though. It was a limited run for Guitar Center/Musicians Friend so far as I can tell, so there I'm struggling to find good specs. Looks like it has the same high mass bridge as the Nate Mendel sig. Does anyone know about the pickups?

Saw those but was looking for more on the pickups. Thanks for the link. So they’re just calling them “vintage special” whatever that means. The P pickup sounds great though and that’s what I wanted. Jazz pickup sounds ok- a little weak but no hum. Very happy with it so far. Sounds and feels quite comparable to the MIA I’ve owned.

A very popular Fender around here.
    Should've held onto mine.
