Had a wild hair and made the drive to Atlanta to go bass shopping. Found this one at Atlanta Bass Gallery. First purchase there, although I had visited in the past. Loved the store and the guys were cool. Very excited about this bass, had coveted LB 100s in the past but could never find one LB 100. close enough to try out.

    Canada, eh!
Great bass guitars. I have an LB 100 & I don't think I'd ever part with it.

I spent all day playing it today, I took advantage of the saddle lock feature and am amazed at the sound of this bass. Playing wise, it's probably the closest thing to perfect I've ever played. Really looking forward to getting out and paying this one live somewhere.

I have that bass but with a maple neck. Used it in concert this evening and it kicks like an angry mule! Plays better than any P bass I have ever touched and just rides right on top of the kick in the mix. Fantastic bass... Congrats!

That's a nice looking bass, congrats! The LB 100 is the only bass I have GAS for right now, hope to pick one up down the road sometime.

    thats a beauty!
  11. I might have gone with a Tortoise pickguard, but the Sonic Blue (I think that's what it is?) finish and Rosewood fingerboard still give it a smooth, cool, '60's look.

    Enjoy! I know I would.
