Just got my hands on a used Fender Pawn Shop mustang bass. Love every thing about it, candy red, race sripes, short scale & humbucker

I tried to buy one from a friend but missed out. :sour:

BTW, there's an interesting wiring mod for these basses that you can find here on TB that helps get rid of some of the "mud" from that pickup if you're into that.

Ohhh nice, that white one is a stunner as well. Is the red one more rare thou? I have seen so few of them but alot of the white one. I have in a addition to pawn shop the new Vintera in seafoam green and a Franken Mustangmaster, love the short scale vibe

thats sweet, i had a 1980 musicmaster with the trans red finish a few years ago, i was actually going to put a humbucker in it, but ended up finding my white pawn shop one and sold the musicmaster. Wish i still had it.

oh, and the pickguard came from wd music.
