NBD - Peavey Midibase!

    So Ive been looking for one of these for a while now, and finally found one!

    It's absolutely hideous from a looks perspective, but wow! the tracking on this thing is godlike. I have a pitch to midi usb convertor thing which works really well, and when I had this rigged up, my plan was to compare the two, but when i struck the first few notes on the peavey, I didnt even bother trying. so much fun!

    I'll probably keep the pitch to midi thing for fretless practice, but this bass will be a great thing.

    Now to decide what to hook it up to...

    I've always wanted one.


    I disagree that the Midibass looks "hideous". If I were to criticize the aesthetics, I'd say the worst it could be called was "bland".

    Agreed. I don't think it is hideous at all! Congrats on the new bass.
