    Are you sure that is a Classic 5?......looks to be a Basic 5

    I own a Basic & a Classic.
    Basics have plastic covers on the 2 cavitites & one body wood.
    Classics have wood covers on the 2 cavities and 3 body woods.
    Love the bubinga!

    I used to own a Basic 5 and it was a killer bass! Very comfortable to play and they sound fantastic!

    Sorry I got confused typing it. You're right, it's Basic. :)

    I've been hanging out a lot lately with bassists who owns Tobias that's why.

    I don't know a basic from a classic but I do know a gorgeous bass when I see one and that one is gorgeous congrats.
