6this up at my local Guitar Center with a pack of Rotosound 66's for $110 out the door. It already had the Quarter Pounder in it, neck is nice...worn but nice. Took a set up really well even though I might look into replacing the bridge. I wanted a "beater" to take out when I want to leave my pretty bass at home and this one fits the bill. The Quarter Pounder coupled with the Rotos give it an awesome bright yet deep sound, killer for punk and rock styles. The neck even has a little bit of birdseye going on...classy
Woah! The first bass I owned was a used Blade/VMI Sebring P copy like this, but mine was white. I'd never seen another one since. My dad and grandma got it from a vintage shop when I was around 16. Actually a really decent bass. Like an idiot, I defretted it and converted it to a 5-string, then sold it. I wish I had it back to restore.
Man the string spacing on this would be CRAZY tight on this if I tried to make it a 5'er. Agreed that's its a pretty decent bass. No frills, gets the job done but its a hell of a player. Wish I could find more info on it though!
