I've had a couple of those over the years. They are really great instruments! An odd discovery: I've owned most models of Warwicks. In the end, the regular 'ol Corvette Standard Bubinga is my favorite. It plays well, balances well, the active version has a very similar tone to a Thumb, and they look great....and much less expensive than most of the other German-made Warwicks.

Interesting! I love my 05 Corvette. For all that Warwick is the "sound of wood", I think a lot of it comes from their electronics, which you'll like or dislike as much on a Corvette as you would on a Streamer or Thumb. They're a steal.
