I have been curious about these for a while. Finally had the chance to play one today, and I decided to buy it. I have been very blessed with more NBDs than I deserve, so this will likely be the last one (except for when my US Lakland shows up). I had the white guard made tonight. I think it gives a good contrast on the body and goes well with the white binding and inlay. 1214140044.jpg

So far, I am a huge fan of this. It is a very interesting take on an old design

I just wrote out a review on my Tumblr https://www.tumblr.com/blog/christophervolpini let me know what you think of the review. I am trying to get into this, but I want to do it right. I want to know mostly what people are looking for in gear reviews. I am still working on doing video reviews, but I do plan to get into that eventually. Feel free to tell me what you like/don't lik ein video reviews as well.

Never seen that model, but I'm a Reverend fan - picked up 3 Rumblefish XLs during their final close-out on the model. Sound is kinda like a cross between a J and a long-scale Dano on steroids.

Nice yeah I have had 3 of the new Reverend basses, but I have played them all. All great... the build quality is really good. The only 'bad' thing I can say is that 2 of the 3 I have owned have had neck dive. Really not a huge deal for me. When I had my Decision, I just put Hipshot tuners on it, and it was fine. I had a Dub King that did it a little bit, but it wasn't bad enough to buy new tuners IMO. Even after spending the money on the Hipshots, I still had a bass for about $1K that I loved.
