Neck heel size.

    I just bought a Precision bass body. the neck pocket is 2 1/2 inch wide. will a fender replacement neck fit?

    yes!

    it should --- that's what the fender parts are all about! get back if: the nut-to-bridge measurement isn't 34" --- assuming that's the scale you're working with. good luck with your project! :thumbsup:
