This is my first post here, but I read this forum often.
So, I'm going to build my first bass, it would be a 6 strings fretless singlecut.
I've already designed the shape and look for the differents parts for the bass, but, I come across a problem....
I've set the thickness of the neck as 20mm but I don't know if it will be ok...
I'd like to do a joint between the neck and the body like on the Nordstrand (like that)...
Does the thickness will be ok for that or I've totry another way ????
(Sorry for my poor english, but I hope someone understand what I say )

There's no reason that 20mm won't work. I use 19mm personally, but 1mm won't be much different. I can't see how it would affect the neck joint style.

Neck thickness is of no importance to the joint. Just adjust the depth of the pocket.
