    I have a fender jazz bass (made in mexico). im thinking about buying Seymour Duncan Basslines Quarter Pound Jazz bass pickups, now are these pickups made for only american made jazz basses? will these pickups fit on a mexican made jazz bass like mine? need serious help on this question if anyone can help that would be great!! :)

    Can I make a suggestion? Check out quality of the rest of the electrics, you can fit the best pickups in the world but if the pots etc aren't up to the same standard you're not going to get the best out of the new pickups.

    I never do a pickup upgrade in any guitar I work on, bass or six stringer, without making sure the rest of the electrics are quality items.
