    alright thanks

does anyone have the avatar or GK? are they good quality?

  6. Dun have the GK, but I got an avatar 410. I love it to death.. It helps me assert masculinity around my guitarist's 50 watt fender combo.

The new GK 1001RBII is awesome. 700 watts, 18 lbs., fat punchy tone, and the new series are super reliable. Definitely the best amp for the money on the market.:bassist:

I spent 900 including shipping for my Demeter/Stewart 1.2 rig, and you can't really do much better than these without hitting the $multiple-of-thousands range, like Glokenklang or whatever.

I have the GK 1001II and the Avatar B210 and B212.

I can't say enough about the rig. I highly recommend it.

Riks music has the best price I have found. MF also has them. The II series just came out. There wont be much on the used circuit for a while.

Washington Music (301)946-8808. They have them for $625, $75 less than Rik's. :bassist:

I'm glad someone has finally spoke up that actually has this rig. I've been recommending without ever actually hearing it. The specs on both of these items cannot be beat for the price, just seemed like it had to be a winner.
