I have located an Epifani T-210 for $400 and am wondering:
    A) Is this a good price?
    B) Will I like this cab if I like my Avatar 210 Delta?

The amp driving this is a GK 1001RB-II and I love the mid definition of the Avatar.

    Thanks

The Epifani will have a slight dip in the upper mids,
with a very strong low end and smooth high end.
The GK 1001 rbII, has very strong mids with flatter
lows and highs. On paper this should be a great match.

    Thanks for the responses.

Would I be able to break even on it if I didn't like it?

    maybe, maybe not.
i don't think you'd lose too much money though.
PS, anyone who can REALLY answer that question with 100% accuracy need to help me pick stocks and futures.

  6. I'd buy it at that price.

That's a pretty fair price if it is in good condition so you should be able to recover most of your investment if it doesn't work out. I always look at it like it is even worth losing a few dollars to be more educated in what you are looking for and to eliminate an item you are considering. ;)

Partly because of your responses, I went ahead and got it. I'll let you guys know how it sounds as soon as possible. It sure is heavier than the Avatar!

    Thanks, Alan
