NEED ADVICE: warwick corvette standard preamp

    i just ordered new pickups for my warwick corvette standard.

    seymour duncan ajj-1's (active).

    i am looking for an active on-board preamp that would nicely accompany the pickups. I DO NOT WANT TO DRILL ANY HOLES IN MY BASS. I have three holes. So, i could only have three knobs.

    any suggestions???

    look at MEC 2 band, 3 knob configuration or does Seymour Duncan have pre's?

    aguilar makes some tiny preamps that would work.

    The Basslines STC-2a will work fine. I had this setup in my Thumb. Alternatively, you could get the 3-band version and use 2 concentric pots(Vol/Bal, Bass/Treble, Mid).
